GHS Training

December 1, 2013 was the first OSHA HazCom 2012 compliance deadline for employers. By that date, employers were to have trained employees on new label elements and safety data sheets in the GHS format.

Going forward, training employees on the GHS formats is an ongoing obligation and should be an integral part of any HazCom training.
